COVID-19 UPDATE: I am still scheduling on-site appointments since my office is structured to see only one person at a time. Extra measures are being taken to keep all surfaces clean. Please note that despite all sanitation efforts, there is always risk of exposure in any outside environment. If you do not wish to come to the office, I do provide consultations over the phone or online. I ask that if you are symptomatic, or have been exposed to a symptomatic person, to please choose a remote scheduling option.
Here are a couple of tips to be prepared for your appointment. If you have any additional questions, please contact the office. For more information about types of appointments available, see the Services page. Enjoy!
Be prepared to relax. If possible, wear loose-fitting clothing or items that can be easily adjusted or removed. If you are coming during your work day, drapes and gowns are available as needed. Also be prepared to unplug and enjoy some "me time."
Make sure you've eaten. It is not ideal to receive acupuncture on an empty stomach. Eating a snack is sufficient.
You have the option to print out the initial intake paperwork below and complete it prior to your appointment. Click on this link to print it now:
Office Hours are currently 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday in Gulf Breeze. See appointment availability by clicking the schedule button below. If you do not see an appointment time that suits your needs, please feel free to call. Sometimes I have options that are not visible online.
Please note that Initial Acupuncture visits will be asked to enter a credit card number. You will not be charged until after your visit unless you do not show for your appointment. We will contact you prior to processing the cancellation/no-show fee ($25) applicable to all appointments missed or cancelled within less than 24 hours. If you would like to schedule without using a credit card, please feel free to call to schedule: 850-781-9888.
